For that reason, we guarantee that our vehicle will meet or exceed your expectations, or we will refund your deposit payment in full.
Guarantee Process & Details:
Upon securing the vehicle, with a deposit, the buyer has up to seven days to complete the transaction, within that seven day period, the purchaser may view, inspect, and test drive the vehicle in person or via third party. A professional inspection by a certified third party is encouraged and recommended. There are companies, such as, AutoCritic and Lemon-Busters that will come on site and put the vehicle through a rigorous inspection process. If you wish, you may also set up an inspection at a mechanic or franchise dealership of your choosing within a twenty-five mile radius of our dealership and we will gladly deliver the vehicle there for inspection. If, for any reason, the buyer is not 100% satisfied with the outcome of the inspection, with no questions asked; E-CarOne will void the deal and refund deposit in full with no recourse.
Guarantee Stipulations & Limitations:
- Buyer is responsible for the inspection cost.
- Vehicle inspection must be done prior to the completion of the purchase.
- Purchaser signature on Bill of Sale constitutes completion of the purchase.
