1. Who is E-CarOne?
E-CarOne is one of the nation's leading online car dealership. We provide luxury, pre-owned vehicles at wholesale prices. All of our vehicles are in excellent condition, with a clear title and lien free. E-CarOne only buys the best quality vehicles, that are still under warranty; thus, giving our clients the greatest amount of security available. Along with our quality, we take pride in our service. 2. What's the first step to purchasing a vehicle at E-CarOne?
When you find the car you're looking for at E-CarOne, the first step to guarantee purchase is a deposit. The deposit is $400 and gives you 7 days exclusive rights to the car
3. What if I don't end up buying the car, what happens to my deposit?
Our aim at E-CarOne is to insure the complete, 100%, we guarantee that our vehicle will meet or exceed your expectations, or we will refund your deposit payment in full.
4. Where do we get our inventory?
E-CarOne deals almost exclusively in lease vehicles. The vehicles are, either, lease returns, bank repossessions, corporate fleet cars, or distressed liquidation units from various banks & financial institutions. These vehicles are usually one owner. We do have a few vehicles in our inventory that are trade acquisitions, but, rest assured, we insure the quality of a vehicle prior to taking it in on trade.
5. Where is E-CarOne located?
E-CarOne is located in the North Dallas Metroplex. We are conveniently located on Interstate 35E approximately 20 minutes north of DFW and Love Field Airports. The physical address is 1875 N. Interstate 35E, Carrollton Texas 75006.
6. How can I buy a car at E-CarOne?
At E-CarOne, we offer a variety of purchase methods for our clients. We are one of the largest dealers on eBay and Auto Trader, as well as all major car sales web sites. Not only are we easily accessible online, but we welcome direct, more traditional purchases via our toll free phone number, or by coming directly into our showroom. We're willing to accommodate you to insure that you are as comfortable as can be with the purchase.
7. How do I pay?
Full payment can be made by certified check, or bank wire-transfer. In some cases we can also accept and honor Online Bank Checks from USAA and other lenders. We do not accept checks that must be used at a franchised dealer; however, we can offer you other options to secure purchase with our dealership.
8. I want more information about shipping a vehicle.
At E-CarOne, we ship nationwide and worldwide. Shipping is additional cost to the purchase of the vehicle. We can arrange the transport from A-Z. Rate varies depending on location. All shipments done by E-CarOne are fully insured and bonded by the transport company upon delivery. Furthermore, transit time is between 5-7 days within a 600 mile radius and 7-10 days if longer. Canadian and international shipping varies in delivery time. Please contact us for more information.
9. If I can't view the car in person, how can I guarantee quality?
We encourage all interested parties to invest in an independent pre-buy inspection. We stand 100% behind the quality of vehicles that we sell. We do realize the risk in buying sight unseen, which is why we will gladly accommodate any pre-purchase inspections. There are companies that will come out on site to inspect our vehicle or you can schedule an appointment at a dealer within a 20 mile radius of our dealership and we will gladly take the vehicle there to get checked out.
10. Do you accept trades?
Yes, we do accept vehicles for trade. Just complet the online trade appraisal form, in full, on our web site. Upon completion of the form, an E-CarOne sales team member will contact you with a ballpark figure. The ballpark price can very upon verification of the condition of the car in person. Furthermore, we will not accept any salvage title vehicles for trade.
11. Can I finance with your dealership? What if I live out of state?
At E-CarOne, we offer a variety of flexible finance terms. We have a vast network of lenders that will allow us to secure the best possible rate for you, based on your credit and vehicle of choice. If you live out of the state of Texas,we can still offer you financing. The rate for out of state applicants will vary depending on location. Furthermore, in order to secure you the best rate based on your location, please allow us up to 48 hours to secure you the best possible auto loan.
12. What kinds of finance terms are available?
We offer a variety of flexible finance terms. We can go between 36-72 months on a loan. There is no penalty for pre-payment and can provide special promotions based on what's available. Please contact the E-CarOne finance department for current promotion at 214-483-7102 or simply apply online.
13. After purchase, when can I expect my title?
In the state of Texas dealer title work can take up to 20 business days. Titles will be sent via FedEx for proper tracking. We will hold all titles 14 days after payment by cashier's checks. If you wish to expedite the title process, paying by bank wire transfer or cash will guarantee title within 10 days.
14. How can I be sure my personal information is secure at E-CarOne.com?
For your security, at E-CarOne.com, we do not store any credit card or credit information. We use secure third party services to insure the privacy of all your information. To insure your credit card information is secure, we use authorize.net. To ensure the security of your credit information, we utilize dealer track.
15. Can I purchase a factory-like extended warranty through E-CarOne?
We offer a variety of extended warranties for purchase. These warranties are accepted by most service facilities and franchise dealerships nationwide. Details and prices on our complete line of warranties and service Agreements are available upon request. Please contact your online sales representative if you have any questions or would like more information.
16. Will I be provided with a temporary tag upon purchase?
Every vehicle that is sold at E-CarOne will come with a temporary registration tag. This tag will allow the buyer to drive the car until the registration is complete and permanent plates our acquired.
17. If I fly in to pick up the car, will E-CarOne provide airport pick-up?
E-CarOne will gladly accommodate all buyers who fly in to pick-up a vehicle with a free pick-up from the airport. The only requirements are that the pick-up be done within business hours, M-S. If you require pick-up, please consult your E-CarOne sales associate.
